Kurdiji 1.0 is available from the Google Play Store and we recommend that you install the app from there to ensure that you have the latest updates. Touch on the Google Play logo to go directly to the Kurdiji 1.0 download page

Institutional Installations

For institutional installations on mass devices a copy of the .apk file and instructions on how to install are included below.

To install Kurdiji 1.0 on your Android device  from this web page you will need to download the zip file below by touching on the Kurdiji campfire logo below.

Once the file has downloaded you can open the file to extract the app (if your device doesn’t show the file once it has completed it’s download the file will be in your download directory)

When the file has finished extracting the app a new folder will be created. Open the folder and touch on the .apk file with the Kurdiji campfire icon to start the installation.

If your device settings have been set to allow the installation of apps from unknown sources then Kurdiji 1.0 will automatically be installed by Android on your device.

If your device settings have not been set to allow installation of apps from unknown sources then you will need to change this in the devices settings. This is a feature of Android that protects users from inadvertent download and install of apps from locations other than a first-party app store.

If Android does not automatically ask for your permission to install the app then you will need to change the setting manually. To allow Android to install Kurdiji 1.0 open Settings and choose the Security option from the menu. In Security find the Unknown Sources option and turn this on to allow installation of the app.

Once you have installed the Kurdiji 1.0 app you can delete the folder in your download directory and turn the security option back on to protect your device from inadvertent download and install of unwanted apps.

Please note that some network providers do not allow users to install apps from unknown sources.
